Score one for constitutional jurisprudence

A federal judge in Atlanta has demonstrated astonishing good sense (not to mention a mastery of Constitutional Law) in ruling that warning stickers characterizing evolution as “a theory not a fact” on Georgia public school textbooks violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.

Of course, if the case winds up before the 11th Circuit, as it almost certainly will, anything might happen. (Thanks to Dana for the link.)
