McGrath implies decision will be made Friday

The New York Times is seeking replacements for Charles (“Chip”) McGrath, editor of the Sunday Book Review, and Alex Beam of the Boston Globe says it’s about time, since, under the current administration, the reviews tend to read like book reports.
